We are pleased to offer free shipping within a 5-mile radius of our showroom, subject to availability. For deliveries beyond this area, additional shipping charges may apply. We strive to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original sealed and resellable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
Special order items may be returned, but please note that they are subject to a restocking fee of up to 60%. This fee is determined by the supplier and will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty Information

All product warranties are provided directly by the respective manufacturers. Please be aware that Allenby Heating does not offer additional warranties beyond those specified by the manufacturers. If you encounter any issues with your product, we will assist in connecting you with the manufacturer for warranty claims.
